In the Land of Green Lightning

The title for this work comes from the book In The Land Of Green Lightning by Thor Janson. It is a beautiful photo book about the present day land of the Mayans (a land I lived in for 6 years and will return in the near future). When I read this title I knew that I had to do the long overdue tome to honor my mentor Eddie Green. The title alone demanded that I write this composition and when I read the prose describing the Resplendent Quetzal-serpent — with the last line °giver of Wisdom” – my mind immediately began to work
