Description

This arrangement can be performed by a string quartet, quintet, or string orchestra. Optional third violin and piano parts have been included. All parts are written in first position. Notes marked with a “” should be played spiccato. Fingerings have been added to provide a reference for the Director. The symbol “+2” in measure 38 for the cello indicates an extended second finger. This extension will facilitate playing the next note in tune.
