Description
An ancient legend tells of a prince from the Far East who journeys to the west to marry a princess. They must dance the night to be wed. The couple meet and glide as the waltz begins. Shadows merge as in a tapestry. Golden platters of food are brought in for the long night. Spanish dancers in beautiful costume interrupt. Moonrise grazes on upturned faces. All turn toward the couple. The waltz continues until the protesting marchers enter the ballroom. Aa they are forced to leave, the waltz echoes its beginning.
